When registering, please provide your flight details so we can coordinate your transportation.
If your travel itinerary does not align with one of our scheduled shuttle departures, please contact us before making alternate arrangements. Depending on demand, we may be able to adjust or add shuttle service where feasible.
To help us finalize transportation with our shuttle provider, we kindly ask that you register for your shuttle as early as possible. Early registrations will allow us to determine whether additional vehicles or shuttle times may be required.

- are considering flying through Kelowna because it offers more convenient flight options, or
- live in the Kelowna area and would be interested in shuttle transportation to the Summit
At this stage, we’re simply determining whether there is enough demand to make this service feasible.
